About Mak Nom- ម៉ាក់ នំ

Mak Nom- ម៉ាក់ នំ was established from the love of a woman who has been fond of making deserts since she was a child. She also has the role of a mother with small children and a daughter who has to take care of her parent, also as a wife who has to take care of the family and work full time in the private sector. With a great love from a young age for baking, she did not give up her childhood dream. She always makes cakes and deserts for her family, especially her children and her parent. Children are picky eaters, they only like foods or deserts that are new and different type or taste. Therefore, with love and devotion as a mother, she always strives to make a nice cake or deserts with nice decorations to attract her children to eat with fresh and delicious. And sometimes she does more than her family needs to share with her neighbor and relatives. Everyone always say that it is delicious and encourage her to open a shop right away. After receiving encouragement and praise from her relatives and friends, she decided to open a small shop through Online, its’ name Mak Nom – ម៉ាក់ នំ ​(The cakes or deserts that made by mother). She has been making cakes for sale after work, weekends and holidays, to share the taste of her cakes and deserts with others. She always tells herself that everyone has the same 24hours per day, however she must use her 24hours fruitfully, and do not leave it, must design it to the fullest meaning.

PHKA DOUNG

Phka Doung handicraft is a social business created with the aim of creating job opportunities for people and win-win profits by processing products from Cambodian coconuts and packaging from natural raw materials. We do business with the health of consumers, focus on welfare and the environment. Business income is diverted to the purchase of coconuts from the people of the weaving community and further business development. Due to this Our handicraft produces pure coconut oil by the method of mechanical cooling (Fermented) without the use of heat and chemicals, other products made from ripe coconuts, local varieties, cultivated by farmers in the villages, Including the packaging of our products is a Khmer woven by a group of Khmer women weavers in Chumteav Chreng village, Samaki Meanchey district, Kampong Chhnang province. Phka Doung Handicraft hopes that you will contribute to supporting Cambodia’s local products for sustainable rural development.

EPL Polinate

EPL POLLINATE has been initiated by a small team of environmental economists who passionate about forest conservation and eco-friendly products at Mondulkiri & other provinces located in north-eastern landscape Cambodia. We are determined to contribute something for forest regeneration and local fruits in   Mondulkiri. In addition, we are aiming to 1. Support regeneration of Fauna – flora in the for-est of Mondulkiri 2. Support local crop of community and Chamkar owners 3. Improve local livelihood through wild honey community enterprise 4. Provide knowledge of pollinate and benefit of honey 5. Pro-vide best quality of honey with high quality & hy-giene 6. Supply beekeeping and technology transfer.

GIN-Herbal Kulen is inspired by the natural medicinal plants that have commonly been used for thousands of years in Cambodia. Founded by Sophary, who grew up watching her grandfather healing people in her village by giving them dried and fresh plants to boil and treat their sickness. All of the products are grown at the family’s organic farm near Beng Mealea temple outside of Siem Reap. All products are created by hand, respecting traditional methods. Processing green peppers into the dried pickled peppercorns providers extra job for famers. After harvesting, they start picking peppercorns, and the remaining stalks can also be used as composting material replanting. More expensive peppercorns are sent to the processing plant for picking, drying, quality checking, tasting, and packaging to distribute to the customers.

Farmers get extra income from picking peppercorns/ Have compost fertilizer for replanting/ Pepper stalks also do not cause harm to the environment.
