Processing green peppers into the dried pickled peppercorns providers extra job for famers. After harvesting, they start picking peppercorns, and the remaining stalks can also be used as composting material replanting. More expensive peppercorns are sent to the processing plant for picking, drying, quality checking, tasting, and packaging to distribute to the customers.

Farmers get extra income from picking peppercorns/ Have compost fertilizer for replanting/ Pepper stalks also do not cause harm to the environment.
